The website and store are operated by:
Store name: Soleia Muse
Legal company name: We Build Brands bv

Throughout these Terms, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Soleia Muse By visiting our website or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) or any other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
1. Online Store Terms
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the permission of a parent or legal guardian, to make a purchase through our website.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate information when placing an order.
You may not use our products, website or services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws.
2. Products
We make reasonable efforts to display our products as accurately as possible, including descriptions, colours, specifications, measurements and images.
However, colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on your device, screen settings and manufacturing variations.
Where measurements are provided, minor reasonable variations may occur.
Such variations do not limit any rights you may have where a product fails to meet the consumer guarantees applicable under Australian Consumer Law.
Products may be available in limited quantities and may be discontinued at any time.
3. Product Availability
All orders are subject to product availability.
Adding an item to your cart does not reserve that product.
If an item becomes unavailable after you place an order, we may:
- contact you to offer an appropriate alternative;
- remove the unavailable item and refund the amount paid for that item; or
- cancel and refund the affected order.
We will not substitute a materially different product without your agreement.
4. Prices
Unless otherwise stated, prices displayed on our Australian storefront are shown in Australian Dollars (AUD).
Any applicable shipping fees, taxes or other charges will be shown before you complete your purchase where required.
We may change product prices at any time. Price changes do not affect orders that have already been accepted, except where required to correct an obvious pricing error and permitted by law.
5. Pricing and Website Errors
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product information, pricing and availability are accurate.
Occasionally, our website may contain typographical errors, incorrect prices or inaccurate product information.
Where an obvious error has occurred, we may contact you before fulfilling the affected order.
If we cannot fulfil the order on the terms presented, we may cancel the affected item or order and provide a refund of amounts paid for it.
Nothing in this section limits rights available under applicable consumer law.
6. Orders
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase the products in your cart.
An order is accepted once we confirm the order and begin processing it, subject to payment authorisation and product availability.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where:
- payment cannot be authorised;
- we reasonably suspect fraud or unauthorised activity;
- incorrect information has been supplied;
- the product is unavailable;
- an obvious pricing or technical error has occurred; or
- fulfilling the order would violate applicable law.
If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled products.
7. Payment
We accept the payment methods displayed during checkout.
You agree to provide accurate billing and payment information and confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method.
Payment must be successfully authorised before an order can be fulfilled.
Transactions may be processed by third-party payment providers such as Shopify Payments, PayPal, Afterpay or other providers displayed during checkout.
Their own terms may also apply to use of their payment services.
8. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are delivered in accordance with our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Estimated delivery times are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates unless we specifically state otherwise.
Delivery may occasionally be affected by matters outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, customs processing, severe weather, public holidays or other disruptions.
We will nevertheless comply with any obligations imposed by applicable consumer law regarding delivery within an agreed or reasonable period.
Please ensure that your shipping information is complete and accurate before submitting your order.
For full delivery information, please see our Shipping Policy.
9. International Fulfilment
Depending on the product and destination, products may be dispatched from fulfilment centres located outside Australia.
Where applicable, estimated delivery periods will be disclosed through our website or Shipping Policy.
The location from which a product is fulfilled does not affect any consumer rights you may have under applicable law.
10. Returns and Refunds
Returns, refunds and exchanges are governed by our Returns & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
For voluntary change-of-mind returns, the eligibility conditions, return period and applicable return shipping costs are described in that policy.
Our voluntary return policy does not limit rights available to Australian consumers under the Australian Consumer Law.
Australian consumers may have statutory remedies where goods are faulty, unsafe, not of acceptable quality, materially different from their description or otherwise fail to satisfy applicable consumer guarantees. Overseas businesses selling directly to Australian consumers are also required to comply with those ACL guarantees.
11. Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us at [SUPPORT EMAIL] as soon as possible.
We will try to accommodate cancellation requests but cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has entered processing or been dispatched.
Once an order has been dispatched, it may need to be handled as a return under our Returns & Refund Policy.
Nothing in this section limits any cancellation or refund right provided by law.
12. Promotions and Discount Codes
Promotions, discount codes and special offers may be subject to additional conditions displayed at the time of the promotion.
Unless otherwise stated:
- promotional codes cannot be exchanged for cash;
- only one discount code may be used per order;
- discounts cannot normally be applied retrospectively;
- discounts apply only during the advertised promotional period; and
- promotional codes may not be combined with other promotions.
We may cancel or refuse the use of promotional codes where there is reasonable evidence of fraud, misuse or technical error.
We will not retrospectively remove a valid discount from an order that has already been accepted.
13. Gift Cards
Where gift cards are offered, additional conditions shown when purchasing the gift card may apply.
Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash except where required by law.
Applicable statutory expiry requirements will be honoured.
14. Personal Information
Your submission of personal information through our store is governed by our Privacy Policy.
We collect and use personal information only as described in that policy and as reasonably necessary to operate our store, fulfil orders, provide customer support and meet our legal obligations.
Payment information is processed through secure third-party payment providers.
15. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, all content available through our website, including:
- logos;
- branding;
- product photography;
- graphics;
- designs;
- text;
- videos;
- website layout; and
- other original material
is owned by us or used with permission.
You may access our website for personal, non-commercial use.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, sell or commercially exploit our protected content without our prior written permission, except where permitted by law.
16. Reviews and User Content
If you submit a review, photograph, comment or other content to us, you confirm that:
- you have the right to submit that content;
- it reflects your genuine experience where it relates to a review;
- it does not infringe another person's rights; and
- it is not unlawful, abusive, fraudulent or misleading.
Where you voluntarily submit content for publication, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to reproduce and display that content in connection with our business and website.
We will not falsely alter or present customer reviews in a way that misrepresents customer opinions.
17. Prohibited Uses
You must not use our website to:
- commit unlawful or fraudulent activity;
- infringe intellectual property rights;
- transmit malicious software or harmful code;
- attempt to interfere with website security;
- scrape or automatically extract substantial website content without authorisation;
- submit false or misleading information;
- impersonate another person; or
- interfere with another customer's use of the website.
We may restrict access where we reasonably believe these Terms are being seriously violated.
18. Third-Party Services and Links
Our website may contain services, integrations or links operated by third parties.
Examples may include payment providers, social media platforms, delivery providers or external websites.
We are not responsible for the independent content or practices of third-party websites that we do not control.
Your use of those services may be subject to separate third-party terms.
This does not exclude responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.
19. Website Availability
We aim to keep our website available and functioning properly but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.
We may temporarily suspend access to perform maintenance, improve the website or respond to security issues.
We are not responsible for temporary interruptions outside our reasonable control, subject to any liability that cannot legally be excluded.
20. Consumer Guarantees
Australian Consumer Law provides consumers with statutory guarantees relating to goods and services.
These rights cannot simply be removed through store Terms & Conditions, warranty wording or a “no refunds” rule.
Where the Australian Consumer Law applies, nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or restrict those rights.
21. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses that:
- were not reasonably foreseeable;
- were caused by your unlawful or improper use of our products or website;
- resulted from information you provided that was materially incorrect; or
- arose solely from circumstances outside our reasonable control.
To the extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect or consequential commercial losses arising from use of our website by someone acting primarily for business purposes.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies liability, guarantees, rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
22. Your Responsibility
You are responsible for using products in accordance with any instructions, warnings and intended uses supplied with the product.
We are not responsible for damage caused solely by misuse, unauthorised alteration or use of a product contrary to clear instructions, except to the extent liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
23. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify us against reasonable losses directly resulting from:
- your intentional unlawful use of our website;
- fraud committed by you;
- your material breach of these Terms; or
- your infringement of another person's intellectual property rights.
This section does not require you to indemnify us for losses caused by our own breach, negligence or unlawful conduct.
That narrower wording is intentional: Australian unfair-contract-term rules can apply where standard terms create a significant one-sided imbalance.
24. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our services, business practices or legal requirements.
The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
Changes will generally apply prospectively and will not retrospectively remove rights relating to orders already placed.
25. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary.
The remaining provisions will continue to apply where legally possible.
26. No Waiver
If we do not immediately enforce a provision of these Terms, this does not necessarily mean that we have waived our right to enforce it later.
27. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our:
Returns & Refund Policy
Shipping Policy
Privacy Policy
constitute the terms applicable to purchases made through our store, along with any additional conditions clearly disclosed before purchase.
28. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Belgium, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
If you are an Australian consumer, nothing in this section excludes or limits rights available under the Australian Consumer Law.
